So let’s start with October, a few big projects came my way. Extremely blessed to do what I love, not too many can say that. The biggest one was AD on the Big Sean and Nicki video. A few friends called it and said that great things would be to come, things don’t normally hit me till later. That open the door for many other opportunities and my name out there just a little more. Not fully being in control as the director but the supporting guy, ready to make my own path and not just contributing to another’s director vision. Always grateful for the experience and knowledge I’ve gotten from other directors I’ve seen on tv and many that have inspired me to master my own craft of filming. I actually had Phil The God and Decatur Dan give me props and the man, yes the MAN, Hype salute me. Thats amazing to me and just has even motivated me to keep pushing. That brings us to December 1, I got a call that changed the course of things, me moving to New York & etc, It was Lola Monroe. She was reaching out because she wanted me on her team as her videographer. Lola just recently signed onto Taylor Gang and Juicy J. My mind was blown that she reached out directly. Sometimes I have to step back and just reflect. Well the following weekend we finally met up on the ATL stop of the Wiz and Snoop concert where she was preforming. I met the whole Taylor Gang team, minus Juicy J. Everyone welcomed me and passed me blunts all night. I don’t smoke though, will that be changing? who knows. Lol. But that brings me to at this moment, while I get ready for my 9-5 job I had some time to reflect and the excitement of things to come just hit me. Just thankful and ready for the future. Just trying to make my mama proud dawgggggg.
